Skele Catalog Monitor is a Shopify app published under the Skele brand. The legal operator is identified where required in Shopify and the service's legal notices.

Data the app processes

The app requests read-only access to Shopify product data needed to audit catalog readiness, including product titles, descriptions, status, pricing, images, inventory signals, publishing signals, SEO metadata, categories, handles, and variant identifiers such as barcodes when present.

The app stores the shop domain, Shopify authentication/session records, and limited authenticated Shopify user metadata that Shopify may provide for session operation (such as user ID, name, email, locale, and account-owner status), together with product-level audit findings and scan timestamps so that catalog changes can be monitored. The app does not request customer, order, payment-card, or checkout data.

How data is used

Product data is used only to provide catalog eligibility checks, quality warnings, change monitoring, troubleshooting, security, and service operation. It is not sold.

Retention and deletion

Shop-specific sessions and audit records are deleted when Shopify sends an app-uninstall or shop-redaction request. Customer-redaction and customer-data-request webhooks are supported even though this release does not store customer records.

Service providers and security

The service may use infrastructure providers solely to host the app, database, logs, and operational monitoring. Access is restricted to what is needed to operate and secure the service.

Your choices

Merchants can uninstall the app at any time from Shopify Admin. For privacy or support requests, contact support at support@skele.digital.

This policy may be updated when the app's data practices change. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
